It can be  worrying time, when your child is struggling with their feelings. Play therapy gives them a space to explore their thoughts and feelings without the need to find words. In a play therapy session, I give the child a free choice of toys and art materials to help them  do this in a safe space.  I can see children either in my playroom at the Engineerium (see photos below) in Hove or (subject to agreement) in the child's school.
